Finding Of Fact: (law) the findings of a jury on issues of fact submitted to it for decision; can be used in formulating a judgment.

Opinion: the reason for a court`s judgment (as opposed to the decision itself).

Decree: a legally binding command or decision entered on the court record (as if issued by a court or judge).
