Purpose: reach a decision.

Decide: reach, make, or come to a decision about something.

Circumstance: information that should be kept in mind when making a decision.

Counsel: something that provides direction or advice as to a decision or course of action.

Indecisive: characterized by lack of decision and firmness.

Closure: something settled or resolved; the outcome of decision making.

Appellant: the party who appeals a decision of a lower court.

Volition: the capability of conscious choice and decision and intention.

Opinion: the reason for a court`s judgment (as opposed to the decision itself).
