Mortgage Holder, Mortgagee : جس کے پاس رہن ہو : the person who accepts a mortgage. "The bank became our mortgagee when it accepted our mortgage on our new home".

Collateral : ضمانت : a security pledged for the repayment of a loan.

Deed Of Trust, Trust Deed : وقف نامہ : a written instrument legally conveying property to a trustee often used to secure an obligation such as a mortgage or promissory note.

Pledge : گروی : a deposit of personal property as security for a debt. "His saxophone was in pledge".

Loan Office, Pawnbroker's Shop, Pawnshop : دکان مرتہن : a shop where loans are made with personal property as security.

Pawnbroker : گروی رکھنے والا : a person who lends money at interest in exchange for personal property that is deposited as security.

Unconditional, Unconditioned : غیر مشروط : not conditional. "Unconditional surrender".

Conditionality : مشروطیت : the state of being conditional.

Repayable : قابل واپسی : subject to repayment. "Business loans are usually repayable in regular installments".

Acquired Reflex, Conditional Reaction, Conditional Reflex, Conditional Response, Conditioned Reaction, Conditioned Reflex, Conditioned Response : رد عمل : an acquired response that is under the control of (conditional on the occurrence of) a stimulus.

Repay, Requite : صلہ دینا : make repayment for or return something.

Time Note : میعاد نامہ : a note that specifies the time (or times) of repayment.

Fixed Charge, Fixed Cost, Fixed Costs : مقررہ خرچ : a periodic charge that does not vary with business volume (as insurance or rent or mortgage payments etc.).

Parole : کسی قیدی کو پیرول پر رہا کرنا : (law) a conditional release from imprisonment that entitles the person to serve the remainder of the sentence outside the prison as long as the terms of release are complied with.

Transshipment : جہاز بدلی : the transfer from one conveyance to another for shipment.

Vehicle : گاڑی : a conveyance that transports people or objects.

Fare, Transportation : سواری کا کرایہ : the sum charged for riding in a public conveyance. "How much fare from Karachi to Lahore?".

Conductor : وہ آدمی جو کرایہ جمع کرے : the person who collects fares on a public conveyance. "Conductor asking for ticket".

Horsebox : گھوڑے منتقل کرنے کی گاڑی : a conveyance (railroad car or trailer) for transporting racehorses. "This horsebox is designed for the owner who requires a greater carrying capacity".

Arrival Time, Time Of Arrival : پہنچنے کا وقت : the time at which a public conveyance is scheduled to arrive at a given destination. "This was my arrival time".

Cargo Ships, Merchant Marine, Merchant Vessels, Shipping : تجارتی بحری بیڑا : conveyance provided by the ships belonging to one country or industry.

Litter : ڈولی : conveyance consisting of a chair or bed carried on two poles by bearers.

Sidecar : موٹر سائیکل کے ساتھ جوڑی ہوئی ایک بغلی گاڑی : conveyance consisting of a small carrier attached to the side of a motorcycle.

Call Loan, Demand Loan : عندالطلب قرض : a loan that is repayable on demand.

Malleability, Plasticity : صورت پذیری : the property of being physically malleable; the property of something that can be worked or hammered or shaped without breaking.

Chattel, Movable, Personal Chattel : منقولہ جائداد : personal as opposed to real property; any tangible movable property (furniture or domestic animals or a car etc). "Movable property".

Trespass : بے جا مداخلت کرنا : a wrongful interference with the possession of property (personal property as well as realty), or the action instituted to recover damages. "This is an open trespass".

Communisation, Communization : قومی ملکیت میں لینا : a change from private property to public property owned by the community.

Abandonment : جائیداد سے دست برداری : the voluntary surrender of property (or a right to property) without attempting to reclaim it or give it away.

Auto Loan, Automobile Loan, Car Loan : گاڑی کے لئے قرض : a personal loan to purchase an automobile.

Estate : جائیداد : everything you own; all of your assets (whether real property or personal property) and liabilities.
