Epididymis: a convoluted tubule in each testis; carries sperm to vas deferens.

Acorn Tube: a small vacuum tube; used at high frequencies.

Petrel: relatively small long-winged tube-nosed bird that flies far from land.

Cannula: a small flexible tube inserted into a body cavity for draining off fluid or introducing medication.

Dropper: pipet consisting of a small tube with a vacuum bulb at one end for drawing liquid in and releasing it a drop at a time.

Atomic Number 10: a colorless odorless gaseous element that give a red glow in a vacuum tube; one of the six inert gasses; occurs in the air in small amounts.

Siphon: a tube running from the liquid in a vessel to a lower level outside the vessel so that atmospheric pressure forces the liquid through the tube.

Plantain: any of numerous plants of the genus Plantago; mostly small roadside or dooryard weeds with elliptic leaves and small spikes of very small flowers; seeds of some used medicinally.
