Cease And Desist Order: (law) a judicial remedy issued in order to prohibit a party from doing or continuing to do a certain activity.
Allow: allow the presence of or allow (an activity) without opposing or prohibiting.
Contumacy: willful refusal to appear before a court or comply with a court order; can result in a finding of contempt of court.
